Shipping Policy for Aadhi Sarees

Thank you for shopping with Aadhi Sarees. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We offer shipping services across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at support@aadhisarees.com to check availability and additional shipping costs.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Within Tamil Nadu): 3-5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (Rest of India): 5-9 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost (2-4 business days).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical issues or extreme weather conditions.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Aadhi Sarees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DAMAGES & MISSING PACKAGES

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@aadhisarees.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To help us resolve claims for damages or missing items more efficiently, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your package.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your address and contact number before finalizing your order.
