Return and Refund Policy for Aadhi Sarees
At Aadhi Sarees, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your saree must meet the following criteria:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days (or your preferred timeframe) of receiving the delivery.

The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

Exclusion: Sarees with custom-stitched blouses or falls/picot work are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. REASON FOR RETURN
We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Damaged/Defective Product: If the saree has a visible tear, manufacturing defect, or damage.

Wrong Product: If you received a different color or design than what you ordered.

Missing Items: If an item from your order is missing.
Note: We strongly recommend taking an unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us process your request faster in case of damages.
3. RETURN PROCESS

Request: Email us at support@aadhisarees.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

Approval: Once our team reviews the request, we will provide instructions for the return.

Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange a reverse pickup if the service is available in your area. If not, you may need to ship the product back to us (shipping costs may be reimbursed for defective items).
4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5-7 business days.

Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit to use for a future purchase.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the product is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
